Did you know we offer Auto-pay in 3 easy steps?

1. Select the bank account you would like your payment to be automatically deducted from.
2. Fill in the enclosed authorization form completely and attach a voided (not cancelled) check or Savings withdrawal slip of the account you have selected.
3. Return the form with the voided check or savings slip (don’t forget to mark your voided check in your register) to us by fax, mail, or personal delivery and we’ll take care of the rest.

The auto pay program is a convenient way to pay your water bill and will save you time, postage, and check writing.  This program will help your water company to keep billing costs down, which is a benefit to everyone and there is NO FEE to you for using the service.

No more lost bills, late payments, and paperwork to keep track of.  You will still receive your regular billing statement showing the amount and date of the debit so that you can make the appropriate deduction in your register, but you don’t have to lift a finger to pay it.  For more information please call 253-845-1542.
